Lion City was originally built during the Eastern Han Dynasty at roughly 25-200 CE. The entire city covers around 62 football fields in total area, while being around 85 to 131 feet beneath the surface of the water.

What is believed to be Cleopatra’s palace lays just off the shore of this ancient city. It is said that the ruins of the palace were swept under the sea by an earthquake over 1,500 years ago. An amazing discovery in 2000 is bringing back the truth to an old Indian tale. The ancient city of Lord Krishna was thought to be merely a story but this discovery is suggesting otherwise.The ancient tale says that Lord Krishna had a beautifully decorated city. It was made up of a staggering 70,000 palaces all made out of gold, silver, and other precious metals and building materials. The city and it’s citizens we’re thriving up until the point of Krishna’s death. At that point is when the city went array. The ruins are located 131 feet beneath the ocean surface in the bay of Dwarka, one of the seven oldest cities in India.
1. Port Royal, Jamaica
Founded in 1518, Port Royal was the shipping center of commerce in the Caribbean Sea. After a 7.5 earthquake hit in 1692 which followed by a large tsunami, this city was destroyed and was sent to the ocean floor.
Unfortunately over 2,000 of the people living there were killed and it was thought this all happened because of all the sins and dark matters committed in the area.
